First Aid Course (English) in Basel

This first aid course in Basel can be attended before the age of 18. Upon full attendance of the course, you will receive the official First Aid Certificate. The issue date of the First Aid Certificate must not be older than 6 years at the time of applying for a learner’s driving licence.

Exemptions from the first aid course apply to:

  • Holders of a driving licence in categories A, A1, B or B1
  • Medical doctors, dentists, and veterinarians
  • Qualified nursing staff holding a diploma or certificate of competence
  • Certified first aid instructors
  • Other persons who can provide proof of completed training in life-saving immediate measures
